Open Day - Wellington Pipe Band Open Day - Regal Rovers On Saturday 24 March 2018 the Cook Islands (NZ) Society, the Wellington Pipe Band and Regal Rovers had a Open Day in the car park at the corning of Hanson and Stokes St., Newtown.

We invited the local Neighbourhood to bring their families to come along enjoy a day to meet members of the various community groups in their area, talk and have some fun and laughter, listen to some Cook Islands Music, join in or ask about the making vibrant Ei Upoko.

Open Day - Cook Islands Society During the day the Regal Rovers put on a gold coin BBQ, the Cook Islands Society provided a cuppa and a complimentary doughnut and also have some bags of doughnuts for sale, while the Wellington Pipe Band had a few members who played a few tunes.
